Dr Rachel’s Kitchen

A new recipe for paediatric feeding

Helping clinicians confidently support neurodivergent families with feeding.

I'm Rachel, a PhD-qualified paediatric dietitian.

Nothing in my dietetic training prepared me for the feeding challenges I encountered in my own neurodivergent daughter, and that experience changed the direction of my career entirely.

I completed specialised training in paediatric feeding therapy and have spent years working 1:1 with neurodivergent children and families.

Seventy to ninety percent of neurodivergent kids have feeding challenges, yet most clinicians working with these families haven't been trained to address them. I'm here to change that.
